And we’re kicking things off in style: March is Sake Month at Flatiron Wines San Francisco. This month, every Thursday our Wine Bar Tastings will be dedicated to the art, tradition, and craft of sake. Each week, we’ll feature a rotating selection of exceptional sakes, expertly guided by a certified sake specialist alongside an award-winning importer who has spent years curating some of the most sought-after bottles from Japan. You’ll learn about different sake styles, discover how factors like rice polishing and fermentation techniques shape flavor, and taste a lineup that showcases the depth and diversity of this fascinating category.
