This Weeks Tastings

Tuesday December 17th
Party favorites with Valkyrie Selections from 5 to 7pm- Valkyrie Selections brings wines from benchmark and emerging regions across the world to your table, scouting both the diamonds in the rough and the jewels in the crown with equal appreciation for great cult wines and the daily plonk that goes down way too easy with lunch. They'll be pouring some of our favorite wines to buy in bulk to deck your halls with. We've got Champagnes, Pinot Noirs from Oregon and Spanish wines that will check all the boxes guaranteed.

Wednesday December 18th
Andrew Clouet Champagne from 5 to 7pm- A Champagne House that can't help but make your feel like royalty. Jean-Francois Clouet comes from a family that was the official printers for Louis XV's Court at Versailles. The grandeur of that period is imbued in every bottle of Champagne they produce. The domaines' 8ha (20 acres) of Grand Cru vineyards are situated in the coveted middle slopes of Ambonnay and Bouzy. They make a full range of Champagnes, including most famously the glorious Cuvée 1911, which is comprised of 100% Pinot Noir from Clouet’s ten best lieux-dits in Bouzy. Join us for a tasting fit for a king!

Thursday December 19th
Tasting with Tyler Winery from 5 to 7pm- Tyler is dedicated to producing wines of delicacy and balance, where structure and nuance are favored above all else. Their focus is exclusively on exceptional vineyard sites throughout the Santa Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley within Santa Barbara County where they feel Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the best mediums to express each vineyard site. These quintessential California wines are a great option for any wine lover. Grab some for a friend or loved one and a few for yourself too.

Friday December 20th
Tasting with Louis Roederer Champagne featuring Cristal from 5 to 7pm- The bubbles keep flowing here at Flatiron Wines with the classic House of Louis Roederer. The cuvées of Roederer are the fruit of patient work with fundamental ingredients, the collaboration of experts, a quest for the perfect balance, and hardy and generous grapes, cultivated in the Champagne soil, producing a wine with a summery character and crystalline elegance. Not only will we have a wide range of the Louis Roederer Champagnes available to try, but we will also be pouring Cristal, their exemplary tête de cuvée. What a great way to cap off a day of shopping!
