Jean-Paul makes a younger, fresher wine that is released earlier and meant for immediate consumption. Formerly it was just bottled as straight Sancerre, but for the past few vintages, it is labeled as the cuvรฉe โlโAuthentiqueโ.

These vineyards only make up about 10% of the DOC Barolo, but they make a far larger percentage of the best known wine, and 100% of the village is entitled to produce Nebbiolo called Barolo. The swathe of Crus that contain the name โCannubiโ produce some of the worldโs greatest Nebbiolo. This is a bit like all those Crus in Vosne that contain the word โRomaneeโ. But at like one fifth of the price.

ROSSONOAH is fermented in steel tanks and then aged for 1 year in old Slavonian oak, to preserve freshness and fruit but also add a bit more complexity.
