Céline & Laurent Tripoz craft “Les Chênes” 2021 from 70-year-old Chardonnay vines in Loché, farmed biodynamically on east-facing clay-limestone soils. The parcel has been in the family for generations.

Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, the wine is aged in lightly toasted oak barrels for nearly a year. It’s mineral, floral, and textured, with subtle citrus and aging potential.
