The first Bottled-in-Bond bourbon from Evanston, Illinois—a town that was the birthplace of the American Temperance movement and where FEW Spirits became the first legal distillery since Prohibition when it opened in 2011. The Bottled-in-Bond designation means this meets strict federal standards: single distillery, single season, minimum four years aged, 100 proof. The mash bill is 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley, aged in Minnesota oak barrels. Grain-to-glass production in their 2,700-square-foot facility.
