OXOX is the oxidative bottling in Keti Berishvili's range: the same Rkatsiteli off the same four hectares, but deliberately given air rather than protected from it, which pushes it darker and further toward nuts, dried fruit and savory depth. Fermentation happens on the skins in qvevri, the egg-shaped clay vessels lined with beeswax and buried to the neck in the cellar floor that Georgians have used for eight thousand years. Keti built GOGO, Georgian for girl, as a statement about women in Georgian wine; her father Kakha, a concert violinist turned natural wine pioneer, farmed the same vines before her under the Artanuli Gvino label. Everything here is organic and biodynamic, foot-trodden, wild-yeast, unfiltered, with no sulfites added. This is one for people who love dry sherry, skin-fermented wine and the far end of the natural spectrum, and it wants a cool pour in a red wine glass.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • If the wine is less than 10 years old and it is corked, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. You must show us proof of purchase. We understand that you may not live near a shop and that it is difficult to ship open bottles of wine to us, so if there's any problem feel free to Contact Us and we'll work it out.
  • For wines older than 10 years, the consumer bears the risk of a faulty cork, but we accept returns of older bottles if the wine is faulty as a result of improper storage. Please come by the store or Contact Us if there is a problem.
  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened wines within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Tasting Profile

Nuts, dried apricot and orange peel with a savory, almost saline oxidative edge. Dry, with skin tannin giving it grip and enough acidity to keep it lively. Long, faintly bitter, savory finish.
