From the creators behind two of Portland's most respected lager breweries—Lisa Allen of Heater Allen and Kevin Davey, founding brewmaster of Wayfinder—Gold Dot launched in 2023 in McMinnville, Oregon. This dark lager is fermented four times longer than most beers, using slow, cold lagering to build remarkable depth from specialty malts. The result is a Munich Dunkel that's genuinely complex—rich and malty with integration you only get from patience. Dark beer without the heaviness.
