Independent bottler Ed Hamilton selected this single cask from Guyana's Enmore Estate, distilled in November 2012 on a 19th-century wooden Coffey still—one of the last of its kind still in operation. The wooden still imparts a character impossible to replicate on modern equipment. Aged initially in used bourbon and whiskey barrels, shipped to the UK for further maturation, then to the US for bottling in July 2021 at a staggering 66.6% ABV cask strength. Barrel #15217.
