Hamilton’s Single Cask Demerara #15217 was distilled in Guyana in 2012 and aged in a single cask before bottling. Made from molasses and distilled in traditional stills, it captures the rich, full-bodied character for which Demerara rum is famed. Bottled at cask strength, it offers concentrated flavor and a long finish.

A rare single-cask release, it’s best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal its depth.
