The “Hidden Treasures” series explores lesser-known Central European terroirs through partnerships with small, quality-focused producers. HID3 comes from volcanic soils near the northern shore of Lake Balaton and is made primarily from Olaszrizling (Welschriesling), fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and aged in large, neutral oak casks.
