High West's first Bottled-in-Bond bourbon, crafted at their Wanship, Utah distillery at 4,000 feet elevation. The mash bill is unusually rye-heavy for a bourbon: 64% non-GMO yellow corn and 36% rye, creating a spicier, more assertive character than typical bourbon. Aged 4 years and 5 months. Meets all 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act requirements: single distillery, single distiller, single season, 100 proof. The high-altitude maturation may influence the whiskey's development through wider temperature swings.
