Italicus is built around Calabrian bergamot oranges—the aromatic citrus prized by perfumers and Earl Grey blenders—combined with Sicilian citrons, chamomile from Lazio, lavender, yellow roses, lemon balm, and gentian from Northern Italy. Produced at Torino Distillati, a family-owned distillery in Moncalieri near Turin. At 20% ABV, it sits between a liqueur and an aperitivo, making it versatile in cocktails or over ice.
