Kanosuke Single Malt is a coastal Japanese whisky from Kagoshima, distilled using three distinct pot stills for layered texture and complexity. Aged 3–5 years in re-charred rice-shochu, bourbon, and sherry casks, it's bottled at 48% ABV without chill filtration or coloring.

This flagship release offers honeyed malt, lemon tea, ginger spice, and light smoke with a briny finish. A standout expression from Japan’s emerging southern whisky scene.
