Bay Area rap royalty Earl Stevens has put his name on a lot of things over the years, and this one actually earns its shelf space: a small-batch dry gin built on eight botanicals, with juniper leading and a big lift of citrus behind it, plus floral turns from lavender, rose and orange blossom. It's cleanly made and doesn't hide behind sweetness, which means it does the one job a dry gin has to do, which is hold its shape when you mix it.
