L’Austral’s 2021 Octopus Rouge is a vibrant red blend from the Vin de France category, made with organically farmed Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts, aged briefly in neutral vessels to maintain freshness and purity.

This wine shows juicy red berries, wild herbs, and peppery spice, balanced by bright acidity and soft tannins. A lively, approachable southern French red with energetic fruit and herbal complexity.
