A naturally-made, traditional aperitif wine based on Elisa Carta's old family recipes reworked with local botanicals from around Lake Garda. The base is organically-farmed Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes and its color is extracted from hibiscus and monarda flowers. No chemicals or artificial color used. Try it in a spritz, negroni, or a paloma with your favorite tequila or mezcal.

The primary botanicals include hibiscus, monarda flowers, gentian, red potatoes, china, rose hips, bitter orange. Base wine made from locally grown Garganega and Trebbiano di Lugana. Infusions done individually, blended, and rested for a short time in steel. Colored with monarda, hibiscus flowers, and red potatoes. Delicate and floral on the nose and mildly bitter with juicy cherry, orange peel, and rose notes. Marked by bright acidity and a long gentian inflected finish.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened spirits within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Under no circumstances do we accept returns of opened spirits.
