An award winning, exceptionally smooth spirit, London Hill Gin is traditionally crafted using a meticulous maceration method and distilled in copper pot stills with a curated blend of 12 distinct botanicals. Highlighting bright citrus notes from lemon and sweet orange peel, it boasts a deeply complex core of Italian and Balkan juniper, Bulgarian coriander, and warming cassia bark. Undertones of Madagascan cinnamon, angelica root, and Italian licorice round out its elegant, sophisticated profile, culminating in a long, beautifully spiced finish.
