The Chardonnay was grown organically by the Hopkins family. Hand picked and whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in French oak and aged sur lie for eleven months. Classic Chard aromas of pineapple, pear, quince, light green apple. Layered with sweet French oak, slight vanilla, and lemon pie filling.
