"A certified organic wine, the Podere Castellinuzza 2021 Chianti Classico shows ripe fruit and a lightly spicy side with toasted cinnamon and nutmeg. Those tones come from the fruit, as this wine is vinified simply in cement with grapes from a two-hectare site at 550 meters in elevation with sandstone soils.
