Villa des Anges’ 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Jeff Carrel from sustainably farmed vineyards in Languedoc. Grown on clay-limestone soils, it’s 100% Cabernet, partly aged in barrel with native malolactic fermentation to add structure and polish.

This mid-tier red offers dark fruit and spice in a clean, expressive style. A fresh, food-friendly take on Cabernet rooted in Mediterranean terroir.
