"The NV Adernats Reserva Brut Nature is a blend of the three classical Cava grapes, mostly Macabeo, the same grape that in Rioja is called Viura. What I tasted was all from 2013 but there is no vintage on the label, so it's impossible for consumers to know, so I marked it as non-vintage. The bottle I tasted from was recently disgorged because of he shape of the cork, but it already showed quite developed aromas of balsam and camphor, notes that made me think of aged, ready to drink Cava. The palate is quite straightforward, fresh with abundant bubbles." -Luis Gutiérrez
