The village of Cebreros is one of the Gredos’ most recognizable names, and an appellation in its own right. Famed Spanish winemaker Telmo Rodriguez has a project here, with terroir expert and partner Pablo Eguzkiza. As in Rioja, their goal in Gredos is to return winemaking’s present to its past glory.
