Meo Camuzet Frere et Soeurs Echezeaux Grand Cru Les Rouges du Bas 2019 [NET]

$56999

Frères et Soeurs is the négociant arm of Méo-Camuzet, founded by Jean-Nicolas Méo to bring great Cote de Nuits fruit to market through trusted long-term grower contracts. The wines are vinified at the domaine with the same hand that makes the Cros-Parantoux and Richebourg, but sourced rather than estate-owned. Les Rouges du Bas is a specific climat within Echezeaux Grand Cru — despite the name 'du Bas,' the parcel actually sits at the upper edge of the appellation, giving it lift and energy. The 2019 is full-bodied and velvety, layered with rose petal, plum, red berry, raw cocoa, and exotic spice. A serious Grand Cru with the depth of the vintage and the elegance of the Méo touch. [Note: NET pricing.]
