Crafted by Jacqueline Collardot and her son Matthieu in the prestigious village of Puligny Montrachet, this artisanal Crémant brings exceptional Cote de Beaune nobility to sparkling wine. Sourced entirely from estate vineyards managed with meticulous organic care, this release reflects the refined precision typical of top tier white Burgundy. Crafted just like Champagne, it opens with compelling aromas of green apple, lemon curd, toasted brioche, white flowers, and crushed limestone. The mousse is fine and creamy, carrying vibrant citrus and orchard fruit across a textural, deeply mineral palate framed by electric acidity. A sophisticated, terroir driven alternative to Champagne that pairs sublimely with oysters, gougères, pan seared scallops, or goat cheese crostini.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every bottle we sell.

  • If the wine is less than 10 years old and it is corked, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. You must show us proof of purchase. We understand that you may not live near a shop and that it is difficult to ship open bottles of wine to us, so if there's any problem feel free to Contact Us and we'll work it out.
  • For wines older than 10 years, the consumer bears the risk of a faulty cork, but we accept returns of older bottles if the wine is faulty as a result of improper storage. Please come by the store or Contact Us if there is a problem.
  • We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, accept returns of unopened wines within 30 days of purchase if they were properly stored by the purchaser, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

More about Thomas-Collardot

Where do new Burgundy domaines come from? Sometimes from colossal financing. Sometimes from families regaining control of vineyards that have been leased out in sharecrop deals for many years. This is the latter.

Domaine Thomas-Collardot was founded in 2015 with one wine by Jaqueline Collardot and her son Matthieu. The family is slowly taking back vineyards that have been leased out in one form or another since 1991. They now have about 2.5 hectares.

The winemaking style is pure and clean with very little new wood used, up to about 30%. No set recipe. In 2010 Jacqueline's father retired and she inherited the vineyards, Domaine Thomas Pierre. She favors a very slow elevage on the lees for two winters. Bottles in March aligned with the proper moon phase. They intend to get organic certification. The sole premier cru is plowed by horse. This is a domaine utilizing the best old and new techniques.
